How I Use Hypnosis aka Sub-Conscious work ? Sports Performance Hypnosis addresses the psychological components of peak performance. These can include fear of failure, fear of winning, coping with distraction, recovering after errors or mishaps, dealing with external emotional factors (such as relationship difficulties or money worries), and how to move beyond mastery of purely 'technical' know-how into the realm of effortless flow.

What I use Breathwork for : helping  clients overcome some of the most common health challenges today using the power of their own breath. Breathing has such an immediate impact on your mind and body that even the act of inhaling vs. exhaling affects your nervous system differently. It’s common to train in diet, exercise and even hydration, but almost no one trains their breath. Breathing can change your blood PH (acid/alkaline) in minutes

Why Use the Emotion Code? Somatization is the name used when emotional distress is expressed by physical symptoms.  Examples include your heart beating fast or butterflies in your stomach when you feel nervous or muscles becoming tense and sore when you feel angry or under stress. While physical pain and emotional pain are different, there is research that suggests that both types of pain may share some neurological similarities

LifeStretch® is a mobility-stretch class designed to help individual clients or group fitness members become more flexible in body, mind, and spirit. While most stretch formats target isolated, single muscles, LifeStretch progresses through entire chains of neuromyofascia. It starts in a standing position with a flow that allows the participant to do a self-assessment, standing stretch movements then transitioning to a mat on the floor for pain-free mobilizations and stretches. The flow has a logical sequence, mobilizing joints and shorter chains of small muscles and fascia, progressing to longer chains of multiple joints and larger muscles and fascia. Participants are encouraged to explore the spaces in their own bodies with movements that are pain-free and efficient in a non-competitive atmosphere.
