Cancellation & No-Show Policy​

Life Happens – We Understand We know that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. That’s completely okay!

✅ No Fee for Changes with 48+ Hours' Notice

• If you need to reschedule or cancel, simply text (949) 441-0551 at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

​

⏳ Cancellations or No-Shows with Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before your session will result in the full session fee being charged. If you miss your appointment without notice, your upfront payment will be applied to the missed session.

🔄 Think of Your Massage Like a Concert Ticket If you can’t make it, you have two options:

1. Send a friend in your place.

2. Absorb the cost of the session.​

• This isn’t a penalty—it’s a way to respect time as a valuable resource, ensuring fairness for all clients who need care.

Late Arrivals

⏰ Please Arrive on Time

• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and you will be responsible for the full session fee.

• I will do my best to provide the most effective treatment within the remaining time.

Payment & Fees

💳 Payment is required upon booking for all first-time appointments.

• For returning clients, we accept Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

🚫 Returned Checks

• A $30 NSF fee will apply to cover bank charges for any returned checks.

 

📌 Card on File Policy

• Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a cancellation outside of the policy window.

💻 Prefer not to save a card on file? No problem! You can prepay online before your session.

Informed Consent

• 📝 Before each session, we will discuss your treatment plan and ensure you are fully informed about the areas being worked on and the techniques used.

• If you have any questions, concerns, or preferences, please share them before or during your session. Your comfort and trust are our top priorities.

Respect & Professionalism

🚫 Inappropriate Behavior Will Not Be Tolerated

• Massage therapy is strictly therapeutic and professional. Any inappropriate jokes, gestures, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund.

• Depending on the nature of the behavior, a report may be filed with local authorities.

• My space is a safe, respectful environment, and I expect the same courtesy in return.
